We are members of the Slow Food movement and our breakfast is based on our belief that food should taste good, that it should be produced in a clean way that does not harm the environment, animal welfare and our health. Therefore, we promote sustainable agriculture and support our local farmers.
The herbs and tomatoes for your breakfast come from our garden when the season permits.
Our typical breakfast menu includes :
- fresh fruit
- freshly squeezed fruit juice (fresh vegetable juice upon request for extra charge)
- egg dishes : herb/vegetable omelets,
stuffed eggs with chives
. scrambled or fried eggs
- home made waffles with seasonal fruit
- freshly ground coffee
- an assortment of teas
- home made preserves or apple butter
